1 on 1 Kickstart Program!
The 1 on 1 Kickstart Program is designed to prepare you to start CrossFit. We will work with you one on one to ensure you have proper form in our foundational movements, proper mobility and will develop a nutrition plan based off of your goals and body fat %. (not a diet).
The Kickstart Challenge includes a 12 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions PLUS our daily classes. We suggest that you work with the Coach 3x a week and if ready, jump into the class on other days. We have over 3200 PRs (personal records) set with our members in over 4 yrs and ZERO shoulder, back, elbow, knees, or wrists injuries.
1 time investment of $720.00 – ( 12 personal training sessions, nutrition plan, and monthly membership for 2 months!)
