The 6Week Challenge was created to make CrossFit, and its local ohana, accessible to beginners.  In these 6 weeks, you will learn functional strength training exercises and sports nutrition. Once completed, you can work out  anywhere or become part of our Kahala Ohana.

Our Mission Statement is to educate, encourage and provide a safe environment for our Kahala Ohana (300 exclusive members). We have achieved this with over 2500 personal records set in our tracking system and 0 (zero) major injuries.

What we want to find individuals who are ready to jump in, work hard, and embrace the program with an open mind and attitude. Kahala CrossFit CAN transform your life, and we are looking for individuals who will represent the program by putting their best foot forward. 6-Week Kickstart Challenge includes a 1 hr class M-F at 7;30 pm with personal meal plans.

Who can do this, who we are looking for?

You do not need to come with any experience in the gym. Our program is designed for all abilities and we love beginners! A new 6-week Challenge starts on the 1st of every month, beginning February 1, 2018.

You will excel in our program if you are:
